Employee compensation distribution

According to the company's articles of association, at least 1% of the annual profits shall be used for the distribution of employee compensation, which shall be distributed in the form of stocks or cash by resolution of the board of directors. Labor Retirement Reserve Oversight Board:

  • The company established the Labor Retirement Reserve Fund Supervision Committee in accordance with the law to ensure the economic security of employees after retirement.
  • According to relevant regulations, the company allocates more than 2% (inclusive) of salary to retirement reserves every month, and these funds are deposited in a special account in a Taiwanese bank for preservation.

"Application of Labor Pension Ordinance":

  • Starting from July 1, 2005, according to the "Labor Pension Regulations", companies and employees can choose the pension system that applies to this regulation.
  • Under this system, the company will transfer 6% of employees' monthly salary to the personal pension account of the Labor Insurance Bureau.
